Hilik has 40 year experience of working in the truck tire industry, in heavy duty trucks, off the road equipment and technical engineering. In addition, Hilik has extensive management experience. For a period of 30 years he managed a large scale truck shop of 60 workers, which offered mechanical services, like front and all wheel alignment, transmissions, front and rear ends, heavy suspension springs and air ride.
